AI Voice Assistant
A voice assistant for your website that answers visitors and takes their details.
Social Expert AI is the voice assistant we built for small business websites. Visitors can talk to it or type, and it answers from information you've approved: your services, prices, hours and service area. When someone is ready to book, it takes their name and number and passes them to you.

The problem
Visitors have questions your website can't answer
Someone lands on your site at 9pm, can't get a quick answer, and goes back to the search results.
You answer the same few questions about prices, hours and service area every single week.
The chat widgets you've tried felt robotic, and nobody used them.
What's included
What you get with AI Voice Assistant
Talk or type
Visitors ask out loud or type, the same way they'd ask your front desk, and get an answer straight away.
Only your approved information
It answers from the services, prices, hours and policies you've signed off on, and we test it with real customer questions before launch.
Leads around the clock
It takes the visitor's name, number and what they need, and lets you know right away.
Updated when things change
New prices or a new service? We update the assistant. Quarterly and Annual plans get same-week updates.
See it before you pay
Ask for a demo and we'll show you a working assistant before you commit to anything.
In depth
How the voice assistant works in practice
How setup works
- We gather your information. Services, prices or price ranges, hours, service area, booking policy, and the questions customers ask most. A short call and a look at your current website usually covers it.
- We build and test it. We put it through the questions your customers actually ask, including the awkward ones, and correct anything it gets wrong.
- You try it. You talk to it yourself before it goes live and tell us what to change.
- It goes on your website, where visitors can talk to it or type. When someone leaves their details, you're notified.
- We keep it current. When your prices or services change, tell us and we update it.
What it's good at, and what it isn't
It's good at the questions that eat up your day: what you do, whether you cover a particular town, your hours, rough prices if you're happy to share them, and how to book. It's there at 10pm on a Sunday, and it never forgets to ask for a phone number.
It isn't a replacement for you on complicated jobs. It won't diagnose a problem from a description or negotiate a price, and it shouldn't try. When a question falls outside what it knows, it's set up to take the visitor's details so you can follow up.
Choosing a plan
The Monthly plan is the easiest way to try it without a long commitment. The Quarterly plan costs less per month and adds a one-page landing page, which suits businesses that don't have a website yet. The Annual plan is the cheapest per month and includes a five-page website, so if you need a site anyway, it's usually the best value.
Website assistant or phone receptionist?
The voice assistant talks to people on your website. If most of your customers phone you rather than browse, the AI Receptionist, which answers your phone line, is probably the better place to start. Some businesses use both.
