Why people usually book

How to prepare
Thirty minutes goes quickly. A little preparation makes a big difference:
- Send a few lines beforehand about what you want to cover and the decision you're trying to make.
- Have any quotes, proposals or documents ready to share on screen.
- If it's about code, have access ready: the repository, the error message, or the page that's misbehaving.
- Write down your top three questions. If we only get through those, the session was still worth it.
What you get afterwards
A short written summary of what we discussed, what we recommend and why. It's yours to share with your team, your developer or your vendor.
When advice isn't enough
Some problems need hands-on work rather than a conversation. If that's the case, we'll say so and suggest the right next step, whether that's our debugging service, a different specialist, or something you can handle yourself with a bit of guidance.

You book a time and tell us briefly what you want to cover. We meet by video or phone, and you can share your screen to walk through code or a proposal. Afterwards you get a short written summary of what we recommended.
