Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins. Published prices on this website are current rates and may change; the price in your signed agreement or written quote is the price you pay.

• One-time fees (such as website builds) are quoted flat and agreed in writing before work begins.
• Recurring fees (such as yearly hosting/maintenance or monthly SEO plans) are billed on the schedule stated in your agreement.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Annual fees already paid are non-refundable.
• Scope changes are agreed in writing, with any price adjustment, before the additional work starts.

Website builds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after we receive payment and the required business information. Local SEO results build gradually, and meaningful movement typically takes 60–90 days depending on your market.

Timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness, content approvals, and project scope.

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, branding details, and service descriptions.
• Respond in a timely manner to requests for approvals or information.
• Ensure all content you provide is lawful and either owned by you or authorized for your use.

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of your website and deliverables, including the code, content and domain. No rental model, no lock-in.

We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Search rankings are influenced by factors outside anyone's direct control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitor activity. We apply industry best practices and report results transparently, but no specific ranking position can be promised on a fixed date.

• An engagement becomes effective on the date its agreement is signed.
• Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice.
• Monthly services renew month-to-month; you may cancel any month without penalty.
• Termination does not negate payment obligations for work already completed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Expert Digital shall not be held liable for:

• Search engine algorithm changes or loss of rankings due to factors outside our direct control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid us under that engagement's agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the course of an engagement.
