Custom SaaS Products
Got an idea for a software product? We'll help you scope it, build it and launch it.
We design and build SaaS products, including user accounts, subscription billing and admin tools. Every project starts with scoping, where we work out the smallest version people would pay for, and then we give you a real quote.

The problem
You've spotted a gap. Now it needs building.
You know your industry's problems better than any developer, but agencies quote $50k before they've listened.
A no-code tool got you a prototype, but it can't take payments, handle real users, or be sold.
You need a technical partner who sticks around after launch, not a vendor who disappears at handoff.

In depth
Building a SaaS product with us
How scoping works
It starts with a free discovery call. You explain the problem, who has it, and who would pay to have it solved. Then we work out together what the first version has to do, and just as importantly, what it can leave out.
What you get from scoping is a written plan: the features in version one, how the product makes money, a timeline and a fixed price. If the plan doesn't make sense for you, all you've spent is an hour.
What drives the cost
- Types of user. A product with only customers is simpler than one with customers, staff, admins and partners who each see different things.
- Payments. Simple monthly subscriptions are straightforward. Usage-based billing, marketplaces where money moves between users, or complicated discounts take more work.
- Integrations. Each outside system you connect to, such as accounting software, calendars, text messaging or maps, adds time.
- Sensitive data. Health, financial and children's data bring extra legal and security requirements.
- Mobile apps. A web app that works well on phones costs far less than separate iPhone and Android apps.
Start smaller than you think
The most common mistake with a new product is a first version that tries to do everything. The job of version one is to get real people paying and to learn what they actually use. Features nobody has asked for can wait. A smaller first version also gets you to launch months sooner, which means you start learning sooner.
After launch
Software people pay for needs looking after: bug fixes, security updates, hosting, and the next round of features based on what customers ask for. We'll talk about this before you start, so it's in your budget from day one. You own the code throughout, so you're free to bring development in-house later.

FAQ
Questions about Custom SaaS Products
A description of the problem, who would pay to have it solved, and the three to five features the first version can't do without. We come back with a scoped plan and a real number.
Yes. If the first version is too big, an existing tool already does the job, or we can't see who would pay for it, we'll say so during scoping. It's cheaper for both of us to find that out before anything gets built.
You do. You get the full source code and access to the infrastructure it runs on.
