Custom Company Dashboards

A CRM and operations dashboard built around how your company works, with no per-user fees.

We build your lead pipeline, reporting and day-to-day tools around the way you already work, and run them on your own domain. You pay once for the build instead of paying per user every month, and you can add features as you need them.

The problem

Is your business running on sticky notes and browser tabs?

01

Leads are in your texts, jobs are in a notebook, invoices are in a spreadsheet, and things slip through.

02

Big CRMs charge per user, per month, for features you'll never touch.

03

Off-the-shelf tools make you work their way instead of yours.

What's included

What you get with Custom Company Dashboards

01

A pipeline that matches how you sell

Your stages, your fields and your steps, from first call to paid invoice on one screen.

02

The numbers you actually use

Revenue, close rate, response time, jobs per crew. Whatever you run the business on.

03

Email built in

Emails from leads and customers attach to their records automatically.

04

Your whole team, no seat fees

10 or 25 users included depending on the plan, or unlimited users for a flat $299 a year.

05

Add features as you grow

Contracts, invoicing, a customer portal: add what you need later, from $149 per feature.

06

Upfront about maintenance

Software needs looking after. Fixes start at $39/mo and full care is $100/mo. We'd rather tell you now than surprise you later.

In depth

How a custom dashboard project runs

Step by step

  1. We map your process. How a lead comes in, who handles it, what happens at each stage, when a quote goes out and when you invoice. This usually takes a call or two, and it's the most important part of the project.
  2. We agree the scope in writing. Which screens, which fields, which reports, and how many users. You know the price before we start.
  3. We build it on your domain. You see it as it comes together and tell us where it doesn't match how you really work.
  4. Your team starts using it. We bring in existing data where it's needed and show your team around.
  5. It grows with you. When you need something new, like contracts, invoicing or a customer portal, we add it as a feature.

Off the shelf or custom? An honest comparison

Off-the-shelf CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho are good products. They make sense if your process looks like most other companies', you want hundreds of ready-made integrations, or you have someone who'll spend time configuring them.

A custom dashboard makes more sense when:

  • You pay for a lot of user seats, and the bill grows every time you hire.
  • You use a small fraction of a big product's features and fight with the rest.
  • Your process has steps that no off-the-shelf tool handles well, so people keep a spreadsheet on the side.
  • You want the system and the data to belong to the business.

The trade-off is that a custom system only does what's been built. That's an advantage when you want something simple, and a limitation if you need a long list of integrations on day one.

Operations or Company?

Operations covers what most small teams need: a lead pipeline, an analytics dashboard with your key numbers, a connected mailbox and room for 10 users.

Company adds what larger or more structured teams tend to need: contracts, assets and departments, invoicing, room for 25 users, and one custom feature of your choice.

Either way, plan for maintenance. Software that runs your business needs bug fixes and small updates over time, and we'd rather you budget for it from the start than be surprised by it later.

FAQ

Questions about Custom Company Dashboards

Those are rented per user, every month, so the bill grows with your team. Here you pay for the build once, it runs on your domain, and you add features as you need them, from $149 each. The trade-off is honest: you don't get a huge app marketplace, you get software shaped around your process.

From $39/mo we fix bugs and make small changes to the interface. The $100/mo full-care plan adds regular updates, monitoring and faster turnaround. All software needs looking after, so we put the cost on the page instead of springing it on you later.

Tell us where it lives now. Data that can be exported to a spreadsheet can usually be imported, and we'll check it during scoping and include it in the quote if it's needed.

You do. It runs on your domain, and the system is handed over to you with the project.
